How do I make sure I get credit?

Have your friend put your name in the “Who referred you?” box when they request their free plan (or mention you on their first call). That's it — we match it to you and track it from there.

When do we get paid?

After your friend's installation is complete and any legally required cancellation period has passed. Rewards go out to both of you at the same time.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No cap. Refer three neighbors, earn three rewards. Every referral is tracked separately.

Do referrals work in every state?

The program covers our full home-efficiency markets (11 states + D.C.) and security installations nationwide, unless prohibited by local law.

What if my friend only gets a security system?

Security-only installs earn $250 each instead of $500 — still both sides, still paid once the installation is complete. If they later upgrade to a full efficiency project, the referral steps up with them.
