How are jobs assigned?

By market and capacity. When a homeowner in your territory approves a project, it goes to the partner who can hit the install window with the quality standard the job requires. We don't run bidding wars between partners.

Do I have to sell?

No — that's the point. The design, the pricing, the rebate paperwork, the financing conversation, and the customer relationship are handled before you're dispatched. You arrive to a signed, permitted, equipment-ready job.

What are the requirements?

Active state license and insurance for the trades you perform, a clean background on the company and crews, adherence to our installation and cleanliness standards, and a signed Partner Data Protection Agreement covering how you handle customer information.

How and when do I get paid?

On agreed terms per completed, inspection-passed installation — not contingent on the homeowner's rebate arriving. Rebate risk and paperwork are ours, not yours. Specific terms are set in your partner agreement.

Can I keep my own customers and business?

Absolutely. Nu Home work supplements your pipeline; it doesn't replace your business. Our agreement covers Nu Home's customers only — it never touches yours.
